About the Job
Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Data Protection Administrator. We’re looking for someone who has the skills to work in a supportive administrative capacity to a team of Data Protection Advisors, who work to ensure Games Workshop meets its compliance requirements.
This role is a varied one, we’re looking for someone who has a genuine interest in Data Protection, can understand the importance of accuracy and be tenacious in adhering to a streamlined process for Data Protection activities.
Conscientious and diligent in your approach, we’ll support your development as you learn how to respond to Data Subjects Rights Requests, including requesting, chasing, and tracking data across the business informing relevant parties of any search activity undertaken. You’ll need to be thorough and use your people skills when communicating with Data Subjects as you’ll need to keep them updated on any progress or notify them of any extension requests.
Collaboration and working closely with the Privacy team will be key as they’ll rely on your natural skills in organisation to assist in the Privacy Team’s Global Audit process. You’ll develop your knowledge as you collate supporting documents, redact, take notes from sessions, and assist with audit reports. You’ll be able to take direction from the team as you update department records and privacy notices. They’ll support your development as you assist them in handling data deletion requests, data breaches, and track progress on Privacy by Design documents.
We’re looking for someone methodical, process driven who can respond quickly and take challenges on board readily. You’ll also have the initiative to hold others to account when chasing information that has not been received in a timely manner knowing that handling this in the right way can achieve effective solutions.
Ideally, you’ll have some knowledge of Data Protection combined with a genuine passion and strong commitment to consistency. You’ll understand the importance of professionalism in handling sensitive business and personal data. If you want to be part of a supportive team apply today:

Other Essential Information
Location: This position is granted on a hybrid working basis where you will be expected to work out of our head office in Lenton, Nottingham, twice a week
