About the Job

Games Workshop has a new opportunity for a Database Administrator to join our Studio team to configure, administer and maintain database solutions as well as to support studio teams delivering our release plan in the most effective way possible.

Highly organised and with the ability to respond positively to change, you will organise your time and workload effectively to support with the implementation and release of database changes and updates, ensuring that you adapt your approach to suit business needs in each situation and in a composed fashion. You will be responsible for carrying out requests for data, ensuring that details are presented clearly and delivered on time.

Detail orientated and a keen problem solver, you will maintain scripts across multiple databases where you will identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues. Proactive and resourceful, we’ll see you take the initiative to analyse recurring incidents and proactively make preventative changes and implement fixes. You will be responsible for ensuring all changes are documented and maintained.

Other Essential Information

Contract: This role is for a 12 month fixed term contract.

Location: This role is based full time onsite, at our UK headquarters in Nottingham.
