About the Job
We are looking for a highly organised Webstore Administrator to join our Websales team in Nottingham on a part-time basis. In this exciting role, you’ll learn how to build, organise and display products and content across all of our online sales platforms, making it easier for both new and existing hobbyists around the world to discover and buy Warhammer.
Games Workshop makes the best fantasy miniatures in the world and sells them globally online through Warhammer.com, various native apps, and a growing number of third-party channels including Apple iBooks, Google Play, Audible, and Amazon Kindle. As a valued member of the team, you’ll use your in-depth knowledge and passion for Warhammer to ensure our miniatures are presented on-time and accurately across our online sales channels.
Collaborating closely with Black Library, Merchandising, the Design Studio, IT team and wider Webstore team, you’ll be responsible for uploading images, importing and formatting copy across multiple languages and ensuring accuracy of safety information and stock figures. Your natural ability to think on your feet and adapt to unexpected hurdles will be essential as you’ll proactively gather information, share feedback and ensure we continue to stay on schedule.
The ideal person will take real pride in their work, approaching every task with the care and attention to detail it deserves, ensuring everything continues to run smoothly. Your thorough approach will help you confidently follow and develop processes, continuously looking for ways to improve how we work. Experience with Excel and content management systems is a bonus!
