In this role, you will guide a team of sales people, doing a variety of roles, to grow our Japanese business according to our strategic vision, both now and in the future. You will create an environment where the team can thrive, constantly coaching and training to ensure peak performance. With your guidance, we will maintain the highest standards, ensuring the right people are in the right roles at all times. Your excellent communication skills will be pivotal in driving collaboration with our team, colleagues, and key partners in both Japan and our Head Quarters in the United Kingdom, to help propel our business forward.

We understand that the real challenge lies in ensuring every member of the sales team consistently meets targets, both now and in the future. Success in this position relies on maintaining focus on the team and its goals, offering support and constructive feedback and skilfully influencing others. You will possess excellent people management abilities and be experienced in building high performing teams whilst collaborating with your peers. Doing this consistently is tough, and only those people who relish this kind of challenge will be successful.

Other Essential Information


Closing date: Applications must be received by 10.00pm on Sunday 16-June 2024.

Language Requirement: Fluency in English and Japanese is essential.

Location: Full-time office based from our office in Asakasa, Tokyo

Benefits Include: Group Profit Share Bonus (subject to Games Workshop’s business performance) and option to join our Share Save scheme.

Travel: Occasional travel will be required in Japan (2-3 weeks per year) and to Europe (1-2 weeks per year).
