Games Workshop is looking for a proactive and hands-on Retail Store Manager to run our first ever Warhammer store in South Korea. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences while providing hobby guidance to all those who want to discover, explore and learn about the worlds of Warhammer!

As our Retail Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for organising fun and engaging hobby activities for both new and existing customers to enjoy. From learning about a customer’s interests and running beginner painting demonstrations, to teaching basic game play rules and guiding hobby progression, your knowledgeable and attentive approach will help create a welcoming environment, drive growth within our store and keep the Warhammer hobby thriving within the local community.
매장 매니저는 신규 및 기존 고객이 함께 즐기고 참여할 수 있는 흥미로운 워해머 취미 활동을 마련합니다. 또한, 고객의 관심사를 파악하면서 초보자를 위한 도색 시연을 진행하고, 기본적인 게임 규칙을 설명하며, 워해머 취미의 다음 단계를 제안합니다. 전문 지식과 세심한 응대를 바탕으로 고객 친화적인 매장 환경을 조성하고, 매장을 성장시키며, 지역 커뮤니티 내에서 워해머 취미가 활발히 이어질 수 있도록 합니다.
You’ll have the opportunity to lead by example as you inspire and develop a small team of store assistants to confidently engage with customers, offering individually tailored conversations and taking every opportunity to introduce people into our fantastic hobby. You’ll foster an environment where everyone feels heard and valued, provide training and coaching sessions that help each person to deliver the best Warhammer experience for all.

Salary: 55,000,000 – 70,000,000 KRW
연봉: 55,000,000 – 70,000,000원
In return for your hard work, you’ll receive employee benefits including a pension scheme and a staff discount of between 25% and 50% on our products!
