Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Project Coordinator!
Working within the Book and Box Games Studio as part of the Magazines team, you will be responsible for coordinating dozens of projects throughout the studio including creating and maintaining accurate production schedules for every new product.
Astute and with an eye for detail, we’ll see you supporting on contracts through Games Workshop, ensuring product spec information is up to date throughout development and using product spec information to generate initial cost estimates so strong excel skills are essential.
Adaptable and resilient, this is a fast paced role where priorities can change quickly, so we’ll look to you to react quickly and positively to the changing priorities and to present plans and solutions that deliver the best value, all while keeping others on track and informed.
Organised and thorough, you’ll know the state of play within the studio at all times. You will play a critical role in the studios ability to deliver on time as you’ll be responsible for contributing and maintaining processes for all recruitment products and partworks development, maintaining production schedules and identifying opportunities for improvement and to work more efficiently.
Strong communication skills are essential as we’ll look to you to clearly and accurately communicate information internally and externally, you’ll identify important facts and details that could affect product delivery. We’ll look to you to build positive working relationships with colleagues as you’ll contribute and maintain processes and will be responsible for keeping multiple projects on track.

Location: This role is based full time onsite at our UK Headquarters in Nottingham.
Contract: This role is for a 12 month fixed term contract.
