About the Job
Games Workshop is seeking a talented Paid Advertising Specialist to join our team and help us expand the reach of Warhammer worldwide. If you’re skilled in managing digital campaigns and have a knack for optimising performance, this could be the perfect role for you.
In this role you will manage every stage of our digital advertising campaigns, from planning and building, to implementation and optimisation across multiple platforms. With a strong focus on audience targeting and helping us reach new customers, you’ll develop strategies that engage core Warhammer fans while drawing in new customer segments. Applying both your analytical skills and creativity, you’ll use insights to broaden our reach, drive growth and expand our customer base. You’ll also rely on data-driven strategies, using analytics tools to monitor, report, and adjust campaigns for peak performance, ensuring KPis are consistently achieved.
Collaboration is key in this role as you’ll work closely with our content and design teams to create engaging, high-performing ads that reflect Warhammer’s brand tone and visual style. Your attention to detail and adaptability will help you manage advertising budgets effectively, making strategic adjustments based on performance data and shifting priorities to maximise return on investment. Strong communication skills are a must, as you’ll regularly provide clear, insightful performance updates and in-depth campaign analysis to internal stakeholders. Your ability to think critically and respond to feedback will ensure continued growth and success in our campaigns.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in paid advertising, preferably with an e-commerce or gaming environment. You should have a strong understanding of key advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and DSP’s, paired with effective campaign optimisation techniques and a data-driven mindset. Familiarity with the Warhammer brand and an interest in gaming or tabletop games would be a valuable plus.
If you want to be part of our exciting future, we want to hear from you!
