This pivotal role will support our ANZ Trade teams, ensuring the delivery of sales and quality service to our clients and retailers.
You will provide the ANZ Trade Team with the highest level of sales support and ongoing account management services.
Additionally, you’ll support the Trade Sales team in increasing sales volume by aligning operations with trade strategy and optimising systems to enhance sales.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage the New Account creation process for Trade Accounts in ANZ.
- Support and regularly liaise with the Global Trade Support Manager to support the implementation of ANZ Trade Terms and Strategies.
- Review, approve and set up new account credit applications with support from the Finance and Trade Manager.
- Updating databases and creating information packs and presentations to support Trade initiatives.
- Coordinate and support the Trade Manager with organising training for new releases.
- Support and regularly liaise with the Global Trade Support Manager to support the implementation of ANZ Trade Terms and Strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities, promote and drive sales and pursue new opportunities to drive additional Trade revenue.
- Manage all support processes for the ANZ region (Range reviews, order forms, gift guides, allocations, ops meetings, organised play etc.)
- Coordinate, facilitate and attend national industry events and Trade shows.
- Work with Logistics/Warehouse/Merchandising/Finance teams to ensure stock available, all delivery criteria are met and required paperwork provided
- Develop delivery SOP’s for all non-standard accounts/regions
- Perform all monthly audit tasks, and responsible for updating internal policies document as well as run audits on infringements/IP use
- Maintain and review all systems and equipment
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
- Advanced level Excel – Pivot tables & VLOOKUP’s (Knowledge of Macros would be beneficial but not essential)
- Basic computer skills including MS Office and Google
- Strong communication and skills and the ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with a strong attention to details
- Be adaptable to change and work under pressure
