About the Job

Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Business Reporting Accountant who can thrive in a business that values honesty and collaboration.

With a natural ability to foster strong connections, you will play a critical role in supporting effective decision making through high-quality financial performance reporting across the business, including global sales by territory and channel, and cost centre reporting. In addition, you will provide insight into trends and variances against budgets and historical performance.

Using integrity, your ability to navigate demanding situations, coupled with technical ability, will ensure that we maintain the highest standards as you produce accurate and insightful reports for our managers, enabling them to track performance, identify key issues and plan strategically. Collaboration will be key as you support annual forecasting activities and the financial appraisal of new stores, in addition you will also monitor ongoing investment in capital spend against departmental plans.

We’ll rely on your practical approach to make our processes clear and reliable while also allowing us to plan ahead with confidence. We’re looking for someone confident in producing concise, accurate monthly reports for our managers, sharing the numbers and helping them to understand and interpret them so we can make the best decisions

If you are the type of person who is enthusiastic about maintaining high standards of efficiency, implementing robust processes, and identifying opportunities within a supportive work environment, we want to hear from you.
