About the Job

Games Workshop is looking for an agile and quality-focused Visual Production Artist to join our Customer Engagement team in Nottingham. If you can balance creativity with precision, and bring fresh, engaging visual ideas to life that inspire our fans all over the world, then this could be the perfect role for you!

As our Visual Production Artist, you will collaborate closely with graphic designers, photographers, project owners and the wider customer engagement team to create original high quality artwork and develop visual solutions that spark excitement and bring campaign concepts to life across digital, print and 3D applications. With your proactive and solution-driven approach, you’ll naturally elevate our team by finding new ways to push our visuals further whilst fostering an open environment where collaboration thrives

This role is not only about creating striking visuals, but also about ensuring those visuals are ready for large-scale production and distribution. With your meticulous attention to detail, you’ll develop templates and prepare assets in both 2D and 3D, making sure they are consistent, efficient, and production-ready.

The ideal person will have demonstrable experience as a visual or production artist, ideally gained within a campaign, marketing or product-driven environment. You’ll bring 2D skills in illustration, layout and digital design, combined with 3D production experience in modelling, rendering, templating and composition. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro is required, along with working knowledge of 3D tools such as Blender, Maya or similar software.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a creative environment where no two days are the same and priorities can shift frequently. If you have a knack for prioritising tasks, maintaining composure under pressure, and rallying teams towards a common goal with a sense of urgency, we want you on our team!
