About the Job
Games Workshop has an exciting new opportunity for an Information Security Analyst focusing on Governance, Risk and Compliance to work in our high performing IT team. We are looking for someone enthusiastic about delivering an efficient and effective IT Solution, using their skills day in and day out to make Games Workshop even better!
Working collaboratively with the Head of Information Security, you will conduct comprehensive risk assessments with strict adherence to regulations through policy enforcement, training, audit activity and closely monitoring regulations and operational processes. Your highly collaborative and positive approach will allow you to build a network of relationships across our Legal and Data Protection teams to promote a culture of compliance, accountability, and pride in protecting the Warhammer brand and its assets.
We need someone who understands the importance of protecting Games Workshop’s intellectual property, data, and digital operations by reducing risk and maintaining compliance, so you will spend time trying to really understand the challenges you are trying to solve as you identify potential issues, conduct training sessions, perform audits, and closely monitor regulations and operational processes.
We are looking for someone who has a methodical approach to compliance policies, who understands and can identify threats to systems and services and supports the implementation of mitigation controls. You will also ensure due diligence support for third party partners, ensuring they also use appropriate controls to protect confidentiality and proprietary information.
The ideal candidate will use data and logical reasoning to evaluate risks to develop recommendations and drive improvements independently and understand ISO 27001:2022, NIST CSF2.0 or similar governance frameworks.
If you are an individual with an understanding of information security and risk management principles and keen to champion a culture of embedding security principles across Games Workshop, apply today for more information.
