About the Job
Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Quality Facilitator to join our manufacturing team and help us continue to make the best fantasy miniature figures in the world and to engage and inspire our customers, forever!
Our priority within Manufacturing is to make the right products in the right volumes at the right time to the agreed standard, in the most efficient and sustainable manner. Reporting to the Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Manager, you’ll use your knowledge and experience of continuous improvement to analyse and improve the processes we follow to make our world-class miniatures.
A collaborative and strong communicator, you’ll work closely with key team members across the manufacturing department as you help to build standard operating procedures. Through tools, techniques and regular meetings, you’ll facilitate and drive change through continuous improvement and demonstrate the value added as you report on progress and the benefits of the improvements.
Focused and inquisitive, you’ll find ways to solve problems through initiative and by harnessing the ideas of teams. You’ll ask questions until you can get to the root of an issue, and we’ll see you identify, report and add countermeasures in instances of non-conformance.
Highly organised, you’ll be required to manage multiple priorities across multiple sites, so we’ll look to you to plan work efficiently and to ensure process-related information is up to date and logged in the Quality Management System, so that key information can be accessed quickly.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment and have a strong working knowledge of quality management systems.
