About the Job

Games Workshop is recruiting an exciting position for a Process Engineer to join our busy tooling department. You’ll be part of our collaborative team that delivers tooling to manufacture the best quality tabletop miniatures in the world. In this role, you will be accountable for the testing, debug and setting creation on all new injection mould tooling.

We’re looking for someone who likes to achieve process optimisation therefore you’ll have an inquisitive mindset and always be looking for new ways to make improvements without losing quality and focus. You’ll take the initiative being eager to seek out and trial the latest technologies and techniques to ensure the best possible manufacturing methods are being used.

You will be trialling all new small, medium and large size tooling right through from the first test shot to final sign off, producing reports for each trial. Using injection moulding machines in a dedicated tool trial area, you will be liaising across the department to resolve moulding issues. You will also produce all samples, setting data and documentation to hand over to production that will create the best plastic fantasy miniatures in the world.

Collaboration is key as you will need to foster positive working relationships with Tool Makers and Tool Designers. This means taking challenges on board readily, promptly relaying feedback in a clear, comprehensive, and courteous manner ensuring everyone knows what needs to be achieved to reach effective solutions.

If you have strong working knowledge of injection moulding, can stay focused on trying to resolve difficult moulding problems and work collaboratively to forge productive relationships, this could be the position for you.

This role is part of the afternoon shift:   2pm -10pm Mon – Thurs and Friday – 12-5pm
