About the Job
Do you want to be part of a dedicated team that is responsible for growing sales at the Warhammer store and café? Are you excited about creating and offering an exciting drink menu to our customersand ensuring each drink is made better than the last?
You will be assisting the GM with ensuring that each staff member knows the menu and consistently makes each drink. Personalizing drink recommendations to individual palates will be essential in this job. Experience working with coffee and tea is a must.
Reporting to the General Manager you will mostly be working on your own with time to time support from team members. You will also need to get tasks done and support the Store Manager to ensure the smooth running of the café.
While your focus will be on the cafe portion of the store you will be expected to be able to engage with other elements of the store offer like: run the till, introduce the hobby, and all other responsibilities that are essential to the store functioning effectively.
