About the Job
Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Business Application Engineer Team Leader to join our studio technology team to centralise the administration of our studio software platforms, including coordinating licenses.
Driven and quality focused, you’ll have a firm understanding of what the business needs from its technology as you drive the end to end implementation, support and maintenance of platforms for our studio. A proven self-starter, we’ll look to you to act as the owner for technical products for the studio teams, where you’ll provide an expert level of support for SaaS platforms such as Monday.com, Shotgrid, and Wasabi. You will own the configuration, administration and optimisation of SaaS and Cloud platforms to ensure operational and cost efficiency.
Customer oriented and a natural problem solver, you will own and be responsible for planning, testing, delivery and onboarding of new platforms, Cloud solutions and major updates. You will be a confident communicator as we see you collaborate with essential teams to understand requirements, design and implement solutions while analysing recurring incidents to proactively implement fixes or preventative improvements.
Adaptable and with a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll thrive in a fast paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines. We’ll look to you to continuously review and improve platform usages or service offerings as you review performance and customer experience through metrics, KPI’s and SLA’s. You’ll understand the importance of user training as you create and maintain user guides, documentation on processes and playbooks for all users or support teams.
Passionate about people, this role will see you leading a team of technical specialists to deliver high quality products on time. You’ll drive a culture focused on proactivity, accountability and collaboration as you identify training needs through performance reviews and support personal growth through coaching and creating professional training plans.
We’re looking for someone who has a proactive attitude and demonstrable experience with advanced application support and troubleshooting skills with SaaS and Cloud based platforms.
