About the Job

Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity to join the Webstore sales team as Ecommerce Customer Experience Manager to deliver amazing ecommerce customer experiences to the most engaged and enthusiastic fanbase in the world.

Innovative and as the creative linchpin for the department, we’ll look to you to dream up creative campaigns to grow the sales of the current range and new release products in a way that will surprise and delight our customers.

Adaptable and astute, you’ll deliver high quality, constantly improving customer journeys through web stores. We have a unique IP taxonomy so you’ll need a thorough understanding of SEO and search and navigation in order to maximise our current functionality to ensure our customers have a seamless shopping experience.

Focused and driven, you’ll maintain the sales plan, ensuring alignment with business plans and priorities to support consistent sales performance.

Collaboration is key in this role as you’ll build strong working relationships with colleagues across our marketing, customer service, logistics, and customer technology teams. You’ll have line management responsibility for a small team so we’ll look to you to set clear goals and encourage the team to take appropriate action.

This is a challenging role. Games Workshop’s ecommerce offering is wide and complicated with new products being launched every week. The right person will constantly remain focused on what is important and not get distracted by the sheer volume of activity going on around them.

If this sounds like you, make sure you apply, we can’t wait to meet you!

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.

In return for your hard work, you will receive 33 days holiday per year (including public holidays), matching contributory pension scheme up to 7.5%, profit share bonus (subject to GW meeting profit targets) and option to join our Share Save scheme.  Oh and let’s not forget, a staff discount of between 25% and 50% on our products!
