About the Job
Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for an Operational Support Specialist to join our Global Logistics Team and support the rollout of our new Warehouse Management System in Memphis, TN.
Passionate about warehouse and logistics systems, your focus will be on testing and enhancing system performance. You will observe, analyze, and troubleshoot logistics systems, ensuring they operate smoothly by planning and executing functional testing, creating detailed test cases, and addressing system bugs.
Highly collaborative and a clear communicator, you’ll work closely with the global logistics team in the UK and Australia, as well as external UK-based vendors, to help identify and solve system issues. Flexibility is essential, as you’ll be collaborating across time zones with the UK to ensure we continue to enhance our operations.
Driven and analytical with an unshakeable determination to reach system efficiency, you’ll gather performance data to gain strategic insight, which you will continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the system performance. The ideal person will have hands-on experience with system testing and warehouse management systems. Knowledge of DevOps, Inteq IWS, and nShift Carrier Delivery would also be beneficial for this role.

Other Essential Information
Location: This role is a hybrid-based role where you will be expected to be onsite at our Memphis, TN headquarters at least 3-4 days a week.
