Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Product Development Manager to support our iconic Warhammer 40,000 product line.
In this exciting and pivotal role, we’ll look to you to utilise your in depth knowledge and appreciation for the Warhammer 40,000 product into an understanding of what excites our fans, coupled with a talent for project management. You’ll coordinate projects, ensuring timely, high-quality product delivery. With a demanding yet solution-driven approach, you’ll help guide a team of 30+ creatives, addressing obstacles proactively to enhance project timelines.
Industrious and focussed on making sure all Warhammer 40,000 products are fit for purpose and charged at the right price, we’ll look to you to own and communicate detailed product specifications to align with targets and contribute to Games Workshop’s success.
You will be a driving force behind our ambitious release schedule. Collaboration with our Merchandising and Marketing teams will be second nature, ensuring cross-functional efforts harmonise with the Warhammer 40,000 vision.
Organised and thorough, we’ll look to you to develop clear, comprehensive briefing documents. Calm under pressure, you’ll navigate challenges and find solutions to keep projects on track.
This is a fast paced and demanding role, so we’ll look to you to demonstrate you have significant experience in delivering multiple projects to high quality and on time. Due to the nature of the role experience of working as a Producer in Video games, Media or Tabletop Gaming or publishing industry would be desirable.
