About the Job
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Security Manager to champion & provide a high quality customer service & safety culture for all staff, site visitors & customers.
The safety and welfare of our employees and visitors are paramount, so you will be delivering operational plans and priorities through your team of a Security Supervisor and 14 Security Guards, to ensure all Games workshop sites are secure, safe, and maintained to a high standard. You will be someone who thrives in a busy environment, as you will ensure the smooth running of six buildings over the Lenton HQ campus and EMG facility sites, reacting swiftly to any changes and upgrades to sites to support operational needs.
You will ensure that your team is fully trained and maintains high levels of service, delivering an outstanding security service to all of our staff, and visitors, ensuring that all sites are safe and monitored at all times.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and security, ensuring that all tasks are completed with a friendly and personable demeanour to reassure our employees and visitors that their wellbeing is our top priority.
This opportunity is Nottingham based with regular travel required between Lenton HQ campus & our East Midlands Gateway site.

Other Essential Information
You will work office hours, generally 8:00 – 16:30 however, this may vary based on catch-ups with the team on evening shifts on occasion, so flexibility in working patterns is a must.
