Do you want to be responsible for growing sales by leading our Warhammer retail business in a territory in the US?

You will be expected to make all the decisions to drive sales in your territory. You will be leading the charge at expanding our business.

It is important to be a passionate leader with enthusiasm for a job well done. Experience in articulating your vision to your team and communicating to a range of different stakeholders in a clear and concise way will be essential.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for increasing sales volume in your territory. You will need to ensure Store Managers and Sales Assistants are providing positive customer focused service, and introducing the hobby to more people.
You will be delivering on annual territory goals and project plans. It will be important for you to have great staff by making all Store Manager and Team hiring decisions as required.
Finally, you will need to have productive working relationships with other Games Workshop departments by communicating to the right people at the right time, and agreeing and setting clear and appropriate actions.

Other Essential Information

The salary for this job is $83,000 – $93,000

The person that takes on this job will need to reside in Dallas working out of our Grapevine office.

This job will require travel to retail stores throughout the US. Percentage of travel will be dependent on location.
