We have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Sales Manager to drive sales growth and build lasting relationships across Games Workshop’s emerging markets. As our Emerging Markets Trade Sales Manager, you will inspire and develop a team of sales professionals, driving success across some of our key strategic territories, working with a mixture of distributors and independent retailers in countries such as Mexico, Chile, Thailand and Vietnam, whilst also being responsible for increasing our presence in more mainstream high street retailers like Target in the USA, or Muller in Germany. 

You will play a vital role in executing an ambitious plan to identify and propose new business opportunities, ensuring we secure the right deals aligned with Games Workshop’s strategic vision. Understanding and navigating the unique complexities of our emerging markets – ranging from shifting regulations to rapidly evolving customer needs – will be key to expanding our presence and strengthening our position in these exciting markets.

A major focus of this role will be empowering and developing your team, ensuring they consistently meet and exceed sales targets. With your guidance, we will maintain the highest standards, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles and providing clear direction to maximise performance. Your ability to communicate with clarity and purpose will be crucial in driving collaboration with your team, colleagues, and key partners at our UK Headquarters. Success in this role is not about just hitting sales goals today; it is about building a high performing, resilient team that can sustain long-term growth in our emerging markets.

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.

Other Essential Information

Language Requirement: Business proficiency in English is essential for this role. Proficiency in Spanish or French would also be an advantage.

Location: Full-time office based from our head office in Nottingham, UK.

Travel: Occasional travel will be required to North America (2-3 weeks per year) and to Europe (1-2 weeks per year).
