Games Workshop is recruiting for an exciting new role for a Trainee Mould Maker. In this entry level position, you’ll become part of a collaborative team that makes the silicone moulds which produce the best fantasy miniatures in the world.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their day-to-day work and is excited to work in a fast-paced production department where quality and a right first-time approach is key. You’ll follow a structured induction and development plan where you will gain the knowledge and expertise to eventually become responsible for the manufacturing of silicone moulds. This will all be done efficiently and to the agreed quality standards.
We have high expectations of delivering quality at Games Workshop and this will require you to have a continuous improvement mindset. Being diligent in your approach, you’ll develop the ability to work independently whilst following Health & Safety guidelines and Mould Room processes, championing departmental standards and safe working practices.
You’ll be keen to learn and develop in a production environment, willing to receive feedback, and adaptable enough to implement any changes. This will all help to facilitate your progression and growth within the role.
If you have some experience within production with effective communication skills where you feel comfortable to contribute by sharing information constructively and making suggestions this could be the position for you!
