As our customers’ first point of contact, our attentive staff engage every visitor in genuine conversation and take every opportunity to introduce people to our worlds through hands-on, interactive experiences.

As a Warhammer representative, you will be responsible for guiding all customers through their Warhammer journey by creating a fun, engaging and inclusive atmosphere. You will need to be proactive while adapting to the ever-changing environment of a busy retail store. We are looking for someone customer-focused, cheerful, and professional, ready to ensure every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
