Our store managers provide exciting and engaging hobby activities to all our customers and help them to enjoy the worlds of Warhammer. Can you lead everyone who enters the store to a memorable and positive customer experience?
The successful candidate will be responsible for making decisions to sustainably grow the store. We will provide you with guidelines, tailored training and access to a wide variety of support to allow you to do this effectively.

How you behave does matter
At Games Workshop we believe that your attitude and the way you behave determine the success of the store. This is why retail experience is not always necessary. All our Warhammer staff receive tailored training and ongoing support from our Retail Training Team, with extra resources dedicated to new managers.
We are looking for people who understand the needs of our customers and to put those needs first when they are at work.

The Le Mans new store will be single staffed. You will need to be independent, open to feedback and coaching from your trainer.
Language skills: Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential and a good level of English (both spoken and written) is necessary.
