Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Website Optimisation Analyst to join our Websales team in Nottingham. If you’re passionate about numbers and want to learn how to use data to gain insights that will help provide our customers with an awesome shopping experience on warhammer.com, then this could be the role for you!
As our Website Optimisation Analyst, you’ll work closely with the Digital Insights Manager and Customer Experience Manager to measure website performance and guide the ongoing development of the Warhammer websites. Your meticulous attention to detail and keen eye for numbers will be essential, as you’ll collect data, produce accurate dashboards and reports, and run website tests measuring the results and changes within the ongoing conversion rate optimisation programme.
Methodical and thorough, you’ll use spreadsheets and data analytics tools to support the Digital Insights Manager by turning complex datasets into meaningful insights. You’ll develop and maintain ecommerce reporting, monitor customer behaviour, use tracking technologies to measure performance and provide recommendations that will ensure all of our fans continue to have a fantastic customer experience.
The successful candidate will receive full on the job training that will include the opportunity to develop skills in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Google Analytics and other analytics tools. You will be expected to achieve full certification in the latest version of Google Analytics within your first six months in the role and will be given professional training on several of the applications within the Google Cloud Suite. If you have experience of front end code such as HTML, CSS and JS, then that’s an added bonus.

Other Essential Information
Location: This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be onsite 2 days per week. The office days are Tuesday and Wednesday.
