About the Job
We’re looking for a new Brand Assurance and Product Development Manager to join our busy Media and Licensing department on the Interactive and Animations team to help ensure that our digital interactive and animated products authentically and consistently represent the Games Workshop intellectual property. While sometimes encompassing both video games and animations, this role will primarily work with animation projects.
Uncompromising and diligent, you will apply a strong Warhammer knowledge base to ensure all projects authentically represent Games Workshop’s IP, right down to the last detail. Creative judgement is a must – you’ll develop quality content and assets with our animation and video game partners and be proactive in providing them with all the expertise and assistance each project needs. Our fans and customers expect that every Warhammer product is of the highest quality, and in this role you’ll make sure that’s what they get.
Collaboration is key, as you’ll lead and develop a team to help us maintain a positive reputation as a great partner and licensor. We’ll look to you to provide training and development for the team, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll foster positive working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, take challenges on board readily, find effective solutions, and promptly relay feedback in a clear, comprehensive, and courteous manner.
A keen and creative problem solver, you’ll build style guides, deck and production bibles to help drive consistency, accuracy and quality in all projects. Additionally, you’ll play a crucial role in helping us protect Warhammer by fastidiously researching subjects and ensuring you and your team are tracking and archiving all submissions and approvals, while keeping diligent records of all of our assets.

Location: This role is a hybrid role where you can expect to be onsite at our UK headquarters in Nottingham 1 day a week.
