About the Job

We’re looking for a new Brand Assurance and Product Development Manager to join our busy Licensing and Media team to help make sure that our consumer products authentically and consistently represent the Games Workshop intellectual property.

Uncompromising and diligent, we’ll look to you to apply a strong Warhammer knowledge base to ensure all projects accurately represent Games Workshop’s IP, right down to the last detail. Creative judgement is a must – you’ll develop quality content and assets with our licensees and be proactive in providing partners with all the expertise and assistance they need, and provide them with feedback when they need it. Our fans and customers expect that every Warhammer product is of the highest quality, and in this role you’ll make sure that’s what they get.

Collaboration is key, as you’ll lead and develop a team to help us maintain a positive reputation as a great partner and licensor. We’ll look to you to provide training and development for the team, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll foster positive working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. That means taking challenges on board readily, finding effective solutions, and promptly relaying feedback in a clear, comprehensive, and courteous manner.

A keen problem solver and inventive, you’ll build style guides, deck and production bibles to help drive consistency, accuracy and quality in all documents. Additionally, you’ll play a crucial role in helping us protect Warhammer by fastidiously researching subjects and ensuring you and your team are tracking submissions and approvals, and keeping diligent records of all of our assets.

If you want to be involved in the development and approval of the next big Warhammer licensed product lines, from role-playing games and card games to apparel and collectibles we’re looking forward to hearing from you!
