If you’re passionate about budget management, have a knack for juggling multiple overlapping timelines, and love keeping teams aligned, informed, and on budget, this could be the perfect role for you!
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you’ll assist in developing the annual budget by compiling and tracking data to ensure costs stay on track across the Customer Engagement, Events, Creative Media and Licensing departments. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all orders, commissions and invoices are accurately raised and coded on time. Working closely with the Finance team, you’ll help maintain clarity and control over our budgets and provide financial oversight by reviewing and refining monthly cost reports. Your analytical mindset and forward-thinking approach will help turn budget data into meaningful reports that highlight spending patterns and guide future strategic decision making.
We are looking for someone who can confidently articulate and present information with clarity to departmental managers of all levels whilst having the assertiveness to hold them accountable for appropriate and effective spending.
The ideal person will have demonstrable experience of managing and tracking budgets and advanced knowledge of Excel. You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment where business needs and priorities shift frequently, and have the flexibility to support with the delivery of projects and department process changes when required.
Working in the Customer Engagement and Creative Media departments is fast-paced and frenetic. If you enjoy tracking and managing data in an ever-changing environment, then we want you on our team!
