About the Job

We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to join the Sales Support team in Nottingham. In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for designing visually stunning sales campaigns, point of sale materials, and magazines that inspire and excite our customers all around the world.

Collaborating closely with the Retail, Trade, and wider Customer Engagement teams, you’ll support the full design process, from taking a brief and developing concepts, through to preparing the files for print and digital use. Your keen attention to detail and adaptable approach will ensure each design brief translates into commercially effective visuals, that help both new and existing hobbyists engage with our worlds and grow their miniature collections.

You’ll be someone who thrives in a collaborative setting, confidently presenting final layouts to the senior management team, ensuring we stay true to our renowned IP while clearly explaining how materials are localised to best support sales in each country. We’re looking for a natural problem solver who actively takes on feedback, makes considered changes and manages timelines to ensure materials are delivered on time, without ever compromising on accuracy.

The ideal person will have demonstrable experience as a graphic designer, ideally within print or magazine design, supported by a strong portfolio that clearly showcases your creative and technical expertise. You’ll be proficient within the Adobe Creative Suite, with a particular strength in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro.

If you’re someone who is open to feedback, eager to improve and has a passion for Warhammer, then we would love to hear from you!

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.

In return for your hard work, you will receive 33 days’ holiday per year (including public holidays), a matching contributory pension scheme up to 7.5%, a profit share bonus (subject to GW meeting profit targets) and the option to join our Share Save scheme. Oh, and let’s not forget, a staff discount of between 25% and 50% on our products!
