About the Job
Games Workshop is recruiting an exciting new position for a Wellbeing Coordinator who is passionate about making a difference.
This role will see the successful candidate promoting a culture of positive health and wellbeing by coordinating administrative tasks that support the delivery of a wellbeing programme across our workforce.
Your excellent organisation and prioritisation skills will enable you to manage your time effectively when dealing with a busy inbox and your willingness to solve problems will mean you will be able to resolve queries that come your way whilst understanding when to escalate to the Wellbeing Programme Manager.
You’ll use your methodical skills in organisation to gather and summarise information through online research that supports operational planning for events and new projects, including sourcing services and assets and placing orders.
We’re looking for someone who is excited by managing a varied workload within a supportive work environment. We’ll rely on you to support the coordination and planning of Wellbeing events, ensuring they are delivered seamlessly, coupled with the ability to compile information and produce accurate reports in support of monitoring engagement with our wellbeing benefits and services.
Highly skilled at building relationships built on trust and respect, we’re looking for someone who can provide an excellent service as you build strong relationships across our business and with our external providers.
To be successful in this role, you will have some administration experience, ideally with an understanding of reporting and experience in G Suite and Gmail. The ideal candidate will thrive in a versatile role and can respond to changing demands whilst remaining calm and being able to work independently.
If you are an approachable individual who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment, apply today.
