About the Job
Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a resourceful and analytical Accounts Receivable Administrator to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract in Memphis, TN.
Collaborating closely with the credit control and trade teams, you’ll be responsible for collecting, processing, and accurately allocating payments and refunds to customer accounts. Your ability to navigate demanding situations with integrity and elevate customer service will allow you to minimise overdue debt, contacting North American trade customers promptly to secure payment while ensuring sales operational policies and procedures are adhered to.
Being someone who thrives in an environment where decisiveness and resilience are key will help you to facilitate trade sales volume growth by accurately processing all trade customer payments, ensuring precise financial records growth, and ensuring our partners adhere to on-time payment schedules.
Highly skilled in maintaining relationships that are built on trust and respect, you will ensure you contact customers promptly, have appropriate resolution of disputes, and take accountability for opening and assessing creditworthiness for new trade accounts. Your commercial acumen will ensure you minimise financial risk by maintaining a strong customer portfolio to generate healthy cash flow for Games Workshop.
The ideal person will have a solid grasp of Excel and Outlook, particularly in managing financial data and supporting database functions. You will have demonstrable experience in transactional finance, particularly within accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, reconciliations, and payment allocations. Having the ability to read, write, and speak Spanish and or French would be advantageous.

Other Essential Information
1 Year Fixed Term: This Role is scheduled to last for one Year.
Working Schedule: 40-hour work week: Monday and Tuesday, 8 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday and Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM. Once a month, you could work outside of normal hours for Month End for no more than 2 hours, as needed.
Location: This will be a full-time office-based position from our Memphis, TN, Facility.
