Working at Games Workshop
Working as a Second Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing a team of people that pick and ship orders of all sizes across all North America.
In this role you will be:
• Working with your team to prioritize and ship orders to meet customers’ requirements.
• Using computers, RF scanners, pick-to-light, material handling equipment, conveyors, and robots.
• Coaching and developing your team to overcome challenges and be the best they can be, individually and collectively
. • Maintaining a safe working environment.
• Planning and staffing appropriately for the workload and managing employees’ time and attendance

Supervisory Responsibility: This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management of the employees within that department.
Work Environment: This job operates in a fully climate controlled 150,000 sf distribution center.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time exempt position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.
