Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for an Audio Producer to join our Black Library team, to contribute to Black Library success by producing and engineering the best quality audio products possible.
Diligent and thorough, you will be excited by getting the job done properly, down to every last detail. Day to day, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of all Black Library audiobooks, involving casting voice actors, producing, recording, editing and mastering. This is achieved through the use of industry standard software and equipment, and takes place at our purpose-built in-house studio suite.
Passionate about the Games Workshop IP, we’ll look to you to skillfully tailor your communication when you direct narrators, to capture quality performances that complement the narrative action. You will be comfortable working independently, but you will also recognise the importance of collaboration, because this role will see you consulting with audio and editorial colleagues. In the face of challenges, you will have a cheerful resilience and will be continuously looking for ways to improve what you do.
This is a fast paced role where you will be required to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. To be successful, you will need to remain free from distractions and be confident at managing overlapping deadlines while still delivering to the best-possible standards. Suitable candidates will have a good understanding of ProTools and Google Suite and may have a background in audio production or a music studio background.
