About the Job

Games Workshop is one of the largest toy and game manufacturers in the world, and we pride ourselves on making the best toy soldiers! Last year we had record sales of more than £385m and we’re still growing! So we’re looking for fantastic account managers to join our expanding team on a 10 month FTC.

Day to day you will…

  • Build solid relationships with our retail partners and influence them to ensure they have the correct range in stock.
  • Help them with stock checks and offer advice on what to order to maximise their sales opportunities.
  • Inform our retail partners of new product ranges and help them decide what’s right for their store.

The ideal candidate…

  • Can easily build strong relationships with retailers and colleagues.
  • Loves to give excellent customer service.
  • Has a high level of organisational and time management skills.
  • Can influence existing retailers to grow sales.
  • Is a great communicator with a stellar phone manner.

The job:

This role requires you to speak English plus ONE of the following languages to a fluent level; Italian, French, Swedish, German, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Czech, or Spanish.

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.

In return for your hard work, you will receive 33 days holiday per year (including public holidays), matching contributory pension scheme up to 7.5%, profit share bonus (subject to GW meeting profit targets) and option to join our Share Save scheme.  Oh and let’s not forget, a staff discount of between 25% and 50% on our products!

Other Essential Information

Working Hours: 37.5 per week. Monday to Friday 08.00 to 16.00

This is a 10 Month phone based temporary position

The offer:

£27,000 based on annual salary.
