About the Job
We have an exciting new role for a company secretary assistant and we are looking for someone professional and highly organised to support the smooth running of our corporate governance processes. You’ll be the kind of person who thrives on detail, enjoys juggling multiple tasks, and is always two steps ahead of a deadline.
You’ll be working closely with our company secretary, senior leaders, and other teams to coordinate everything from statutory filings and board meetings through to AGM planning. Whether it’s drafting resolutions or keeping our corporate records complete, you’ll be central to the day-to-day running of our company secretarial function. To be successful in this role, you will have previously worked in a company secretarial or professional services capacity.
We’re after someone who is proactive and confident in communicating with people at all levels. You’ll have a keen eye for detail and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. If you have all of this and are seeking a new challenge, this could be the ideal next step.
Sound like a good fit? We’d love to hear from you.
