Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Technician to join our Global IT Service Desk Team that is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective support of our IT systems and services.

Passionate about working across all areas of the business to provide IT support and resolutions this role will see you contributing to a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

Based at our Head Office in Lenton, you will provide the initial support contact to multiple remote users and retail stores across Europe being responsible for logging, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and requests for hardware and software applications. You will demonstrate a strong work ethos, taking pride in resolving issues promptly whilst remaining calm and professional, ensuring you manage customer expectations in a positive manner to deliver a proficient service.

Strong working knowledge in a customer-facing IT Support role with a technical, methodical, and intelligent approach to troubleshooting and problem solving will be key as you will be logging information in our ticketing system and triaging incidents face-to-face and on the phone. Ideally you will understand ITSM, helpdesk applications and proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Server Technologies with a knowledge of active directory or other similar systems as well as DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, VPN, VOIP Telephony and Virtualisation.
