Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our Global IT Service Team in Memphis, TN. If you want to help keep our IT systems running smoothly and play a key role in supporting our staff across North America and Asia, then this could be the perfect role for you!

Passionate about technology and providing time-sensitive solutions, you will be responsible for logging, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and requests for hardware, software, and applications. Your focus will be on using ticketing software to triage, track, and document the full lifecycle of each incident or request, ensuring a timely resolution and escalating any issues when necessary.

Dependable and resourceful, you will plan, implement, and complete system changes, update and maintain knowledge articles, and assist in configuring and deploying system accounts and hardware across our offices, distribution center, and retail locations. You’ll confidently manage overlapping projects and shifting priorities, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality. Alongside this, communication will be key as you’ll be responsible for managing customer expectations while delivering an efficient and effective service to all. The ideal person will take real pride in resolving issues promptly, remaining calm and professional under pressure, and ensuring all SLAs are met on time and in full.

To be successful in this role, you will be customer service-focused, have the ability to communicate with confidence across all levels within the business, and have the flexibility to support users in a variety of time zones. You will have demonstrable experience using ITSM helpdesk applications, knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Server Technologies, as well as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace administration and Troubleshooting. You will also have a proficient understanding of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, VPN, VOIP, Telephony, and Virtualisation.
