Games Workshop has a unique and exciting opportunity to join our Miniatures Designer Talent Programme, which has been designed to develop the skills of a select group of promising and high potential individuals, who have ambitions of becoming the next Citadel Miniatures Designer.
By joining the Miniatures Designer Talent Programme, you’ll have the opportunity to let your imagination flourish as you work in an environment where you can make your ideas a reality. What makes this role special is that you’ll get a unique perspective for what it could be like to work in a high performing creative studio, while putting your own design skills to their limit.

How does the Miniatures Designer Programme work?
Over the course of 18- 24 months, you’ll be set a series of assignments where you will be asked to sculpt and design to specification.
We’ll be looking for diligence and commitment to delivering high standards of quality as we’ll look to you to work on detailed briefs as you deliver finished designs of the highest quality to an agreed schedule.
We’ll provide you with the tools and miniatures you need to complete the assignment, and following the completion of each assignment you’ll receive personalised feedback from members of our established Miniatures Design team.
Through dedication and consistent improvements on each assignment following feedback from the experts, you could make your dream of working in the Citadel Miniatures Design studio a reality as you may be invited to attend a face to face interview for a live vacancy!

To be considered, please upload your portfolio to accompany your application letter. Successful applicants’ portfolios will contain images of miniatures that you have created that show off the applicant’s understanding of what makes a great Citadel Miniature.
