Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our manufacturing team and help us continue to make the best fantasy miniature figures in the world and to engage and inspire our customers, forever!

Our priority within Manufacturing is to make the right products in the right volumes at the right time to the agreed standard, in the most efficient and sustainable manner. Reporting to the Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Manager, you’ll use your knowledge and experience of continuous improvement fundamentals to analyse, communicate and improve complicated processes.

A Collaborative and strong communicator, you’ll work closely with key team members across the manufacturing department as you help to build standard operating procedures and shape plans for continuous improvement over a rolling 2-year period. Through people, events, and facts, you’ll gain critical insights to assess and prioritise risk and failure mitigation, while optimising processes and equipment utilisation.

Highly organised and resourceful, you’ll find ways to solve problems through initiative and by harnessing the ideas of teams. You’ll be required to manage multiple priorities across multiple sites, so we’ll look to you to plan work efficiently and to ensure everything is where it should be and that key information can be accessed quickly.
