About the Job

Games Workshop is looking for an FP&A Senior Analyst to join our high-performing finance team. If you are someone with a successful background within Financial Planning and forecasting who can translate complex financial figures into easily understanding information, and are looking for a new challenge, read on to find out more. 

Reporting into the Senior Group Financial Accountant you will support the delivery of Games Workshop’s performance by providing high quality financial information for external and internal business users to ensure good decision-making capability. 

Through the design and production of informative financial models you will prepare financial forecasts, budgets and performance reports, always ensuring you think in the long term. Demonstrating a strong commitment to consistency with a keen eye for detail you will provide analysis of sales and operational expenditure whilst identifying and reporting on KPI’s linked to business strategy to provide positive outcomes. 

You will be confident in navigating complex situations whilst maintaining the highest standards. You will implement effective processes and controls, validating the integrity of data used, to ensure that all forecasts and reports produced are accurate, robust and reflect the operational needs of the business. 

Possessing a can-do attitude and a flexible approach you will consistently look for ways to improve and streamline the forecasting and reporting process. 

As we are a vertically integrated organisation you will be working across multiple areas of the business, and your commercial acumen and ability to understand key drivers within a complex business setting will be key.
