We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills to join our newly refurbished staff canteen as a Front of House Assistant!
In this exciting role you will operate the tills as the customer facing member of the canteen team during service times, using your excellent communication skills to ensure that every customer enjoys a great experience. Integrity is at the core of everything we do, and we’re looking for someone who demonstrates unwavering honesty, even when faced with difficult decisions or situations.
Working as a team you will provide outstanding service to Games Workshop staff and customers by also clearing tables, ensuring all condiments and crockery are fully stocked while always adhering to the standard operating procedure throughout the day. The ideal candidate will prove a strong commitment to consistency, ensuring that all tasks are completed with the highest level of accuracy and reliability.
Your excellent diligence will enable you to participate in the Hazard Analysis and critical control point procedure according to the company’s Food Safety Management document.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, where every moment counts and quick action is essential.
To succeed in this role, you should have great customer service skills, good communication skills – written and verbal, the ability to demonstrate great team work and be IT literate. Excellent time keeping and organisation skills are essential.
Basic Food Hygiene and Basic Health and Safety Certificate will be an advantage.
This is a full-time position working 39 hr per week, five out of seven days, working hours are between 6.45am-7.00pm depending on shift.
