About the Job
Games Workshop has an exciting new opportunity for an Information and AI Security Analyst focusing on Governance, Risk and Compliance. We’re looking for someone enthusiastic about delivering an efficient and effective IT Solution, using their skills day in and day out to ensure Games Workshop teams comply with our AI policy by understanding and assessing AI risks associated with our software tools.
Working collaboratively with the Head of Information Security, you’ll meticulously protect Games Workshop from the risks associated with AI functionality within software applications through controls and software audits. You’ll take pride in safeguarding our business as you conduct comprehensive risk assessments of newly identified AI functionality
Your strong people skills combined with a positive approach will allow you to build a network of relationships that allows software owners to highlight new AI features as they arrive in their software applications. This approach will promote a culture of compliance and risk management relating to software and ensuring that we remain compliant with our AI policy.
We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of protecting Games Workshop, so you’ll spend time trying to really understand the challenges you are trying to solve as you review unauthorised usage of AI, identify policy breaches and emerging risk. You’ll also assess, implement and monitor appropriate AI governance controls across software applications. Being process driven you’ll document where AI capability exists within software packages and how its configured, always ensuring its usage complies to our company policy.
You’ll also be responsible for coordinating regular supplier due diligence requests ensuring we diligently audit our critical suppliers within defined timescales.

Other Essential Information
Location: This position is granted on a hybrid working basis where you will be expected to work out of our head office in Lenton, twice a week
