Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Product Developer to join our studio design team.
Within the design studio, writers, editors, photographers, and artists all work together collaboratively. The Product Developer role is a key position focused on delivering products on time, every time. Your unflappable demeanor in the face of unforeseen challenges and your talent for finding innovative solutions to keep the project on track will set you apart.
Passionate about the Warhammer 40,000 IP, Blackstone Fortress, and co-operative tabletop games, you will work from a top level release plan and manage a range of products through creation of creative briefs that our teams will then use to create our fantastic products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the final product aligns perfectly with the initial vision, you will have a balance of focus on creative vision and project delivery.
Highly organised and thorough, you will be the go-to person who will know the position of all ongoing projects and will assist with creating release schedules, including the coordination of regular launches, and proactively applying learnings to future projects.
Diligent and hardworking, you’ll be constantly innovating to improve future release plans. You’ll build key working relationships as you work collaboratively with the Merchandising, Buying and Marketing teams to support functionalities, scheduling and product descriptions and deliver concise briefs in line with the product vision.
