About the Job

We have an exceptional opportunity for a skilled, collaborative, and results-driven people manager with a strong technical background in manufacturing, to lead our dynamic Injection Moulding department. This high-energy department is responsible for producing the world’s finest fantasy miniatures.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving continuous process improvements, ensuring the seamless operation of our injection moulding teams, and delivering high-quality products efficiently. Your keen attention to detail, ability to navigate complex challenges with integrity, and commitment to maintaining the highest operational standards will ensure ongoing excellence within the department. You are a leader who demands nothing less than the best from your teams, fostering a culture of high performance, positivity, and continuous improvement.

A key component of your success will be your effective communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to expedite processes and drive projects forward with urgency. Your proven ability to manage multiple priorities and implement impactful KPIs within the manufacturing environment will be critical in shaping the department’s success.

If you are a highly organised individual, with a passion for driving operational excellence, this is the opportunity for you.
