About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to elevate our logistics, transport and supplier services across Australia and New Zealand. If you’re passionate about putting safety first, driving continuous improvement and building high-performing teams, then this could be the perfect role for you!

Based in Leppington, Sydney, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics and supply chain functions, collaborating with transport partners and suppliers to enhance our performance and ensure key obligations are met on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Your ability to think strategically and problem solve will help to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies  and will keep operations flowing seamlessly. You will work closely with senior management to align operations with strategic goals, budgets and cost saving initiatives. Your financial oversight will include reporting and analysis to ensure that targets are met and resources are effectively managed.

As you report directly to the Head of Logistics in the UK, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our ANZ operations, ensuring that we continue to evolve and improve in an ever-changing environment. Flexibility is essential, as you’ll be collaborating across time zones with the UK, aligning global logistics strategies and driving initiatives that enhance our worldwide operations.

Success in this role is about more than just operations – it’s about people. The ideal person will be passionate about coaching and mentoring teams, fostering a supportive and empathetic work environment where individuals can grow, develop and perform at their best. Your ability to communicate effectively, build trust and inspire collaboration will be critical in creating a motivated and engaged team. You will have the confidence to make thoughtful decisions while demonstrating strong judgement, adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who brings not just experience, but a passion and energy that truly aligns with our culture. If you’re someone who can navigate complex situations with compassion, approach challenges with humility, and embodies the courage to drive positive change, we want to hear from you.
