Our creative media teams are responsible for ensuring that Warhammer IP is represented authentically in creative media products. In this exciting new opportunity, we’re looking for a Process Manager to work closely with the Media team in developing and implementing comprehensive creative media processes. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance in crucial contractual commitments pertaining to Media and Licensing projects.

We’ll look to you to work collaboratively with the media team to drive continuous improvement practices, as well as ensuring that a full suite of effective process documentation and clear KPI’s are both created and maintained. As Media Process Manager you’ll be pivotal to upholding principles and achieving goals. You’ll need a tenacious attitude to push through during challenging periods and to ensure the team is still engaged, so ideally you will have previous experience of working as a process manager or coach and will hold Prince 2 or Lean Six Sigma qualifications.

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll be responsible for coordinating with internal colleagues and with external partners to ensure we meet our contractual obligations, including the creation, management and protection of intellectual property assets. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement, we’ll look to you to monitor adherence to the newly created processes and mitigate risk by demonstrating compliance to our commitments through effective reporting.
