Games Workshop is recruiting an exciting new position for a Senior Front End Ecommerce Developer on a 12-month contract, delivering critical customer facing applications. In this key position you’ll work as part of an agile team developing front end solutions across our AWS cloud native platforms.

We’re looking for someone inquisitive and pragmatic as you’ll spend time solving challenges our users have interacting with our services and then create high quality solutions. You’ll achieve this by having a collaborative approach working alongside other Developers and test analysts ensuring that you develop robust testing processes. We believe that by working together it will facilitate the rapid delivery of high-quality software and tools that are fit for purpose. You’ll be a creative developer and when faced with challenging situations, take an analytical and problem-solving approach to ensure software is always functional and available.

Forward thinking in approach, you’ll always be looking for ways to improve how we build and support our services whilst championing innovative ideas to give the best results possible to our customers.

Ideally, you’ll have experience of Front-End technologies integrating front end experiences with APIs through Typescript and JavaScript. You will have extensive knowledge of modern HTML and CSS and will be accustomed to solving common challenges in front-end development.
