Games Workshop is recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Site Security Operative based at East Midlands Gateway. If you want to help to keep Games Workshop’s distribution network running smoothly by keeping our site safe and secure, this could be the position for you. Working with a small team to deliver an outstanding security service to all our staff, you will monitor all freight, visitors and contractors to ensure the safety of Games Workshop.
In this key role you are responsible for processing all the security needs of the site and ensuring that the site is safe and always protected. Your ability to remain focussed and deliver a consistent approach in the face of challenges will ensure we provide a dedicated security provision to the business.
To excel as a Security Guard, you will display outstanding communication skills and excellent attention to detail. Being proactive, confident and resilient, you will truly understand and always apply outstanding customer service.
We are looking for someone who can remain motivated and always deliver a consistent high-quality service ensuring you represent Games Workshop in a friendly and positive way.

This role operates on a 12-hour day, 4 on 4 off shift pattern across days and nights – Hours are 6.00am – 6.00pm days and 6.00pm -6.00am nights.
