Do you want to help Games Workshop provide great service to its Trade Customers?
Are you excited by working with the Trade Team to increase trade sales volume through, aligning operations with trade strategy and optimising systems to promote sales staff effectiveness
You will be providing operational support and reporting to the Trade Sales team, ensuring the smooth running of the Trade Department.
In this role you will be:
- Checking all New Accounts created and process all opening orders and promotional requirements to the agreed timescale
- Processing all orders received in accordance with the SLA
- Providing operational support to trade managers and teams in Spain and the UK
- Ensuring smooth and continuous operations within the trade office
- Providing all required analysis and information on time and in the correct format
- Developing delivery SOPs for all non-standard accounts/regions and processes
- Performing all monthly/quarterly/yearly audit tasks
- Maintaining and reviewing all systems and equipment ensuring that are fit for purpose and fully functional
- Working with others productively to get things done
- Communicating to the right people at the right time about the right things
- Providing absence cover support for the Global Trade Office Support coordinator
- Whilst upholding Games Workshop culture and ethics.
