Games Workshop has an opportunity for a Video Studio Manager to join our Warhammer Studio Customer Engagement team in Nottingham. In this rare and exciting role you will manage the performance and development of a world class video production team who delivers inspiring content that engages Warhammer fans globally.

Passionate about people, this role will see you lead, mentor and manage a high performing team to foster a culture of innovation and inclusion. You’ll understand the impact of having the right people, in the right roles, as you identify training needs through performance reviews and support personal growth by creating professional training plans.

Resilient and with the ability to adapt your communication style to suit a variation of audiences, you will act as the bridge between the team and senior leaders across the business to ensure direction is clear, and any concerns are addressed.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of managing high performing creative teams and with a deep appreciation for the Warhammer IP, you will understand what matters the most to the Warhammer community’s values and interests.

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.

Other Essential Information

Location: This is a full time office based position from our Head Office in Lenton, Nottingham.

Travel: This role may involve some travel to domestic and international locations for filming and coverage of events. Ability to travel internationally is required. 

Working hours: Although predominantly office hours, there may be evening and/or weekend work required, especially for event coverage and location shoots.
